Beach run

The best run in wales?

So went for a run over the beach this morning early at about 7.30 this
has to be one of the best runs in wales over the beach at low tide to
monkstone point and the the forest track cliff top path back,all on a
cold but sunny morning.

Nice pint

by the sea again

well sitting here outside the royal oak pub having a pint reliving old memories of when I was just old enough to buy a pint.
It has been a nice relaxing trip so far apart from two year old tantrums.
more later as I will try to run cliff top and beach early am.
